Within each of us are the qualities of the five elements:
Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether.
In the final journey of this series, we will ignite our internal flame, connecting to the element fire.
When these elements are in balance, our life flows in harmony. Using ancient yogic technology, we will connect with the elements. As we align to the elements within, so too do we align with the elements in the world around us.
