Spring Cleaning: an Ayurvedic approach to restoration of health and vitality

This course will support you in consciously shifting from winter to spring, restoring your health and bringing body, mind and spirit into balance.

Our at-home panchkarma will begin on March 27th to introduce the concepts and make sure you have everything you need to start on Wednesday, March 30th.

Including 4 phases, this program will guide you step-by-step towards holistic wellness. Phase 1 will begin on Wednesday, March 30th, with active cleansing ending on April 13th when we move into the 4th Phase of Rejuvenation.

This program is really so much more than a cleanse - it is a journey that allows us to understand ourselves more clearly, to see our patterns, things that are weighing us down, holding us back, and to consciously release them, healing ourselves fully.

Throughout our time together, I will offer guidance, practices and ponderings that help us to more clearly connect with our True selves and understand ourselves on a deeper level. This approach takes a "cleanse" beyond the physical and into the mental and emotional bodies - you guys know I love an integrated approach! =)

Much of what I will be sharing over the course of our time together comes from two main books:

  • "The MindBody Cleanse" by Adrian Nowland

  • "The Prime" by Kulreet Chaudhary, MD

I will also draw from wisdom in “What to eat for how you feel” by Divya Alter, “Liver Rescue” by Anthony William, “Ayurveda and the Mind” by Dr David Frawley, and “Ayurveda: the science of Self-Healing” by Dr. Vasant Lad. These are excellent texts that I recommend if you are interested in diving even deeper.

This course will be conducted on a user-friendly platform called Basecamp. You can create a user profile on Basecamp for free.
