Peru: A Journey Within

May 17 - 27, 2024

Gaia and Pennie warmly welcome you to journey with them to the sacred lands of Peru, a pilgrimage of a lifetime, as they weave medicines of ancient and transformative lineages.

This sacred yoga retreat is more than a ‘retreat’. It is an experience of a lifetime!

We invite you on a sacred journey to Peru, where we will visit ancient lands of a distant people, connecting to the root of our existence.

Each morning of our retreat will begin with conscious rituals, connecting and aligning to the elements, sitting in silent meditation, and guiding you through a transformative yoga journey. We will have time for breakfast and reflections before setting out to explore and experience the magic of Peru. We will return to the retreat center in the early evening, giving you plenty of down time for quiet contemplation.

We will begin and end our pilgrimage in the Sacred Valley, journeying to the sacred site of Machu Picchu for the Full Moon, and back to our cozy home in the valley.

Gaia and Pennie are beyond excited to lead you on this transformative journey. Combining the wisdom of consciousness with the adventure of your soul makes this a unique offering! We are humbled and honored to be your guides.

About Pennie
Pennie is a knowledgeable traveler, having spent her early twenties traveling the world as flight attendant. She has visited over 30 countries and coordinated many trips including adventures to Kenya, Tanzania, Costa Rica, Peru and Bali. Exploring the great wide world (both on Earth and within her being) is her passion.

On her first trip to Peru, she organized a trek on the sacred Incan trail leading to Machu Picchu. She felt called to return to Peru, to connect with the medicine of Her land, guiding souls to their Truth. Pennie is committed to assisting those on the path of healing through her work as an energy medicine practitioner, meditation and yoga teacher, and jyotishi (Vedic astrologer). She has completed over 1000 hours of study in advanced yogic philosophy, is a Reiki Master, and Soul Focused Healing practitioner.

About Gaia

As a native Peruvian, Gaia is innately attuned to the powerful energy of the land. She is a 500 hour certified master yoga and meditation teacher, energy medicine practitioner, End of life Doula, and overall Spiritual guide who believes in the importance of a wholistic approach to self-care and healing. She shares wellness practices wholeheartedly with the intention to see the fullness of who you are beyond a physical body.

Her healing journey began 14 years ago on a yoga mat at a time where she felt nothing was “working” in her life. From the beginning, yoga practices allowed her to feel, and feel deeply, realizing how numb she was to herself and life. Her dedication to the practice awakened her intuition which lead her to explore various ancient modalities of healing. Today, Gaia is beyond grateful for not only the practices that created space for her to heal and get to know herself, but also for the opportunity to create space for others to heal and know themselves as well. She says, “Healing is not what I do, but who I am.”
