For years, I have written down thoughts and musings in old tattered notebooks and journals that travel the globe with me. I’d like to begin to share some of these with you. I will use this space to do just that, and to dive a little deeper into yogic philosophies that are singing in my heart. I am so passionate about exploring the great wide world outside of my front door and also the world that resides deep within me - the one I take with me everywhere I go, from lifetime to lifetime. As you can already tell, this will not be a space where I am worried about grammatical or political correctness. What it will be is an honest and authentic share from my heart to yours.
